Atty. Louie A. Ramirez is licensed and authorized to practice law in California and in the Philippines.
Atty. Ramirez has extensive experience in immigration laws, handling variety of complex cases involving both family and employment-based petitions and applications before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and before the immigration courts. He had successfully represented immigration clients nationwide and personally appeared with clients in the USCIS offices in Arizona, California, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina and Michigan.
Atty. Ramirez also practices Family and Criminal laws in California courts.
Atty. Ramirez has a Bachelor of Arts degree major in Legal Management and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Manila Philippines. He always excelled academically. He was a Dean’s Lister and a scholar at UST. He was a Valedictorian in his high school and elementary education at Saint Joseph Institute and at Calubcub Elementary School, in the Philippines, respectively. He also had lucrative work history in his field of legal endeavor. He previously worked as a Court Attorney in the Supreme Court of the Philippines. He taught Obligations and Contracts Laws, Negotiable Instruments Laws and Labor Laws at St. Paul College in Manila. He worked as a Law Clerk and consultant at the Law Offices of Roman P. Mosqueda, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, and was an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Michael J. Gurfinkel, Inc. in Glendale, CA.
Atty. Ramirez was an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
